| Abstract: | Representing the orientation of Chinese advanced culture, which is an important part of the thought of "Three Represents", is an inexorable requirement of the CCP's advancement. It answers the Key questions concerning the ideological building of the ruling party. It is a historical mission for the party to arm himself with "advanced culture" to conduct the ideological building. |
