国内学术职业的研究进展述评

“学术职业”目前特指大学教师这一职业群体，其概念引入我国仅十几年光阴，对学术职业相关问题的研究目前并不广泛，研究者主要集中在华中科技大学团队。当前，学术职业的概念虽不完全明晰，但对其内涵的认识在逐渐深入；对大学教师的学术自由和学术道德则有多角度的研究；在高校教师聘任制下，传统的学术评价正面临着冲击。

Summary and Comments on Researches of Academic Profession in China
