| 摘 要： | 传统的农业院校的法学教育模式普遍采用"经院式"的教学模式,缺乏实用性和针对性,所以采用实践教学的法律诊所模式来进行改良,同时利用农业院校丰富的涉农教学资源来辅助法学教育,使法律诊所教育成为农业院校法学教育的一个特色,一个优势.
