| 摘 要： | 美国研究型大学评议会模式存在四种类型,即欧陆模式、功能模式、冲突模式和影响模式。从历史分析的角度对美国研究型大学评议会制度进行全面考察,并通过案例大学的分析来了解其现实状况。
