| 摘 要： | 运用人体生理学、人体解剖学、运动生物力学原理,结合体育运动的训练特点,研究发现:二元训练理论其体能定义把人体活动时所表现出来的结果当作本质,而忽视了体能本质的真正内涵,即体能是人体运动时身体器官系统综合能力的具体表现。为此笔者提出新的观点,仅供同行参考。

| Abstract: | Based on the principles of physiology,anatomy and biomechanicsand characteristics of sports training,this paper reveals that the definition of physical capability in the dualistic training theory mistakes the superficial results of training as the nature of physical capability and this mistake ignores the real connotation of physical capability.It believes that physical capability should be a comprehensive performance of all physical systems. |
