摘    要:从分析高职高专的教学特点,论述有效教学的基本条件与自觉自律的教学反思的关系,说明实现有效教学,必须提高教师服务意识和教学能力,促进教师自觉进行教学反思,阐明教学反思是实现有效教学的重要途径。

Abstract:Having analyzed the characteristics of education in 3-year colleges and stated the relationship between the basic conditions for effective teaching and self teaching reflection,this paper discusses that only enhancing the teacher’s service awareness,teaching ability and promoting teacher’s conscious reflection could achieve the effective teaching.
