| Abstract: | Having analyzed the characteristics of education in 3-year colleges and stated the relationship between the basic conditions for effective teaching and self teaching reflection,this paper discusses that only enhancing the teacher’s service awareness,teaching ability and promoting teacher’s conscious reflection could achieve the effective teaching. |
