| 摘 要： | 班级是大学生德育的重要阵地,在德育方面对每个学生"因材施教"是班主任工作的一种终极追求,是一种理想的教育状态。为了使"因材施教"在德育中得到良好的实现,优化班级德育档案是必然的选择,班级学生德育档案的优化,可以提高德育效果。
