| 摘 要： | 当前,各高校均存在一定比例的贫困生特殊群体,且比例呈现上升趋势。同时,高校贫困生问题亦日益凸现,做好贫困学生思想、学习、工作、生活等方面的问题是各高校均普遍存在的难题。个别谈话是做好贫困生工作尤其是贫困生教育、引导工作有效且重要的方式,是满足贫困学生健康成长需要的必然选择。有效的个别谈话方式应该基于充分的事前准备、恰当的情感切入、平等的倾听和遵守保密性原则。
