网络背景下未成年人犯罪基本特点及成因探析

自上世纪末以来,互联网技术在全世界范围内的迅猛发展和普及,为人们的生活提供了诸多便利。但在互联网越来越发达的今天,其＂双刃剑＂的特性也越来越明显。尤其是未成年人在网络不良信息影响下的违法犯罪行为日益严重,令人触目惊心。对于网络背景下未成年人犯罪原因的探析,不仅要从网络不法经营商与未成年人自身两方面出发,还应从网络特点、家庭、学校和社会,乃至法律等多角度入手来进行综合审视、分析,才能找出症结所在和对策。

On the Basic Characteristics and Causes of Minor Crimes Under the Background of Network

Since the late 20th century,Internet technology has been developed rapidly and in widespread use all over the world.Thus it provides much convenience to people.But the characteristic which is named ＂double-edged sword＂ has been becoming more and more obvious nowadays.Especially minors＇delinquency under the influence of bad information on the network has been growing on seriously,which is very shocking.This paper argues that in order to find out reasons and countermeasures for this,we should make a multi-angle analysis.We should analyze not only from the standpoint of illegal dealers on the internet and minors themselves but also from the standpoint of network＇s characteristics,family,school,society and even law.
