摘    要:国外人力资源管理一般模式主要有欧美模式和日本模式。近几年通用性管理模式流行,分为基于承诺型和基于控制型的两类模式。我国人力资源管理应从中得到借鉴:确立人本管理理念;帮助员工确定职业锚;注重情感管理;建立学习型组织等。

Abstract:There are two general patterns of overseas human resources management: the European and American pattern and the Japanese pattern.The versatile management pattern is popular in recent years,which is divided into two kinds of patterns based on the pledge and the control.Human resources management in our country should be inspired by the model to take the humanistic management idea,help the staff to determine the professional anchor;pay attention to emotion management,and establish study-pattern organization and so on..
