| 摘 要： | 市场经济条件下的法制建设过程是文化变迁的过程,表现为价值取向与一系列行为模式的转换;文化变迁必将发生传统文化与现代文化的冲撞,法制建设也必将出现中西文化的撞击;中国要实现法文化的整合,就要在社会主义市场经济发展过程中,加强法文化建设。

| Abstract: | The process of the construction of legal system in the market economy is a process of cultural change , with the conversion of the orientation of values and a series of behavioural patterns manifested; the cultural change will inevitably result in the conflict between the traditinal and modern cultures and the constraction of legal system will likewise brins about the compact between the Chinese and western cultures. If the conformity of legal culture is to be realized in china , then the constrection of legal culture must be strengthened in the development of the socialist market economy. |
