| 摘 要： | 我国的土地承包经营权流转制度是在家庭承包经营制度的基础上创新而来的。本文论述了土地承包经营权流转中的制度创新,分析了土地股份合作制、农业大户的试点模式及其优势和实施的条件,提出了各种创新模式需要注意的问题,以期对我国的土地承包经营权流转能有一些参考价值。

| Abstract: | The innovation of China's land contract management right transfer system is based on household contract management system.This paper discusses the innovation of rural land contract management right transfer system,analyzes land shareholding cooperative system and pilot model,advantage and implementing condition of large-scale farming household,proposes problems needing attention in innovative models,which has reference value for China's land contract management right transfer. |
