摄氧量动力学的指数函数方程及对工作能力的影响

摘    要:摄氧量动力学反映的是运动开始后摄氧量逐渐增加至稳定状态过程的变化情况,其曲线在小于无氧阈强度时呈单因素指数函数方程特征,在大于无氧阈强度时呈双因素指数函数方程特征,即包含了乳酸成分。

Abstract:Objective of the research project of VO_2 kinetics is the changes of VO_2 during unconstant work rate.VO_2 increases with characteristic of one-component exponential function at the onset of exercise when intensity is below anaerobicthreshold. Whereas the curve of VO_2 shows the characteristic of two-component exponential function at the same time when intensity is above anaerobic threshold because of lactic acid getting involved,By undergoing the investigation on the VO_2 kinetics we can deeply understand physiological changes of the body which can directly influence work capacity, So,as far as the question of how to improve work efficiency is concerned,it is necessary to do research on this field.
