浅谈高校宿舍管理社会化对学生班集体建设的影响及对策

高校宿舍管理社会化是高校内部管理体制改革的重要内容之一，它必将对传统的学生班集体建设带来巨大的冲击，一方面，班集体在宿舒原有的稳定形态被打破，班风建设面临着新的困难。另一方面，集体宿舍文化的消失无疑会对班集体的建设产生消极影响。这就要求，高校必须建立新型的班集体运行模式，以适应宿舍管理社会化的新形势，这种新型的班集体模式将在凝聚力机制，服务机制，约束机制上有所创新。

Management socialization of collegiate dormitories i s one of the impor tant reforms in collegiate interior managing system. It produces huge impact on traditional collegiate class construction. On the one hand, management socializa tion of collegiate dormitories breaks the stability of the class as a community, thus cases difficulty to construct the class ethos. On the other hand, disappea rance of dormitory culture will surely produce negative impact on class construc tion. All these suggest that a new pattern of class management is wanted to adap t to management socialization of collegiate dormitories. The new pattern of clas s has innovation in agglomerating mechanism, serving mechanism and restricting m echanism.
