资源勘查工程专业人才需求状况调查

本文对国内具有代表性的地质勘查单位就资源勘查工程专业(矿产调查与开发方向)人才培养的素质要求、知识结构、人才需求类型进行了问卷调查.结果显示,扎实的专业技能、丰富的实践经验、良好的沟通合作能力是用人单位最关注的人才基本素质；地质及矿产勘查基础知识、专业实践技能、计算机和外语知识是资源勘查人才应具备的基本知识结构；具有一定管理和市场经济基础知识的复合型专业技术人才是目前用人单位最主要的人才需求类型.

Questionnaire Survey on Talents Demands of Remurce Exploration Engineering Major

The paper gives a questionnaire survey on quality requirements, knowledge structure and the type of talents demands of resource exploration engineering. The results showed that good professional skills, rich practical experiences, favorable communication and cooperative ability are the basic qualities that employing units concemeck The structure of basic knowledge of a mineral resources explorer should includes the basic knowledge of geology and mineral exploration, major practical skills, the knowledge of computer and foreign language. The complex and technique talents who both have some basic knowledge of management and market economy is the main type that the employing units demanded.
