心理所有权对雇员组织公民行为的中介作用

摘    要:作者通过3次问卷调查和1项现场研究,主要依循形成心理所有权的控制路径对心理所有权概念自身及其可能对雇员组织公民行为产生的中介作用进行了分析和讨论。调查结果表明心理所有权与工作控制和雇员组织公民行为都成正相关关系,且是一个合理概念;从而证实了在中国工作场所中心理所有权是客观存在的。作者还审慎地认为心理所有权可以对工作控制与雇员组织公民行为间的关系起到一定的中介作用。
