| 摘 要： | 在各种各样的法律文书中,由时间来决定各当事人的责任和义务的情况不胜枚举,因此对时间的界定十分重要。为了保证准确性,必须从法律文书中特定的语境出发,选择最精当的词语妥帖稳当、准确无误地进行表达,以避免日后当事人各方因对其概念的理解不一而产生纠纷。该论文以此为基点,结合实践操作中某些由于对同一时间词的理解引起分歧从而造成纠纷的实例,对法律文书中表述时间概念的词语作一简要分析,进一步论证准确性是法律语言的灵魂与生命。
