| 摘 要： | 布匹瑕疵检测是纺织行业生产和质量管理的重要环节之一,机器视觉技术的发展使得布匹的在线检测成为可能。通过分析采集的布匹纹理特征,应用机器视觉技术能快速检测出布匹上的瑕疵。布匹图像经过预处理后,再经形态学算子的开运算和闭运算,即可准确定位布匹瑕疵,为后处理提供依据。

| Abstract: | Fabric defect detection is one of the most important procedures for quality control in textile industry.With the advance of computer vision,it becomes possible to detect defect on line.The defect could be detected rapidly by computer vision technology based on the characteristic of the fabric texture.Pretreated first and then operated by morphological operators,the defect could be located precisely. |
