| 摘 要： | 目前我国高职院校顶岗实习质量控制绝大多数仍停留在末端检验阶段,主要以事后反馈控制为主。而HACCP原理重在预防,其研究成果作为事后质量检验方法的一种补充和完善,可以用于高职院校顶岗实习管理实践。运用HACCP原理对当前高职院校顶岗实习质量控制的关键问题进行分析,寻找关键影响因素,确定关键控制点,通过建立质量控制体系对关键控制点进行有效控制,能够有效提高实习质量。
