| Abstract: | The mankind has just entered the new century, but sandstorms occur very often. The delicate ecological system of the west is the biggest challenge in front of the exploitation of the west. It can be said that maintaining the strategy of continuous development in the exploitation of the west is the elementary safeguard for moving towards the national ecological security. |
