摘    要:研究以某涉外型大学英语本科二年级学生作被试,于2006-07学年的第一与第二学期引入情感设计后的网络课堂活动情况与进行对比,然后利用参与性观察、问卷调查、数据分析等研究方法对情感因素如何优化网络课程进行了实证分析,试探讨情感设计对网络课程的优化作用以及哪些情感设计对于网络课程的运作相对有效。

Abstract:The study compares the results generated respectively in two successive terms, and the main pedagogical conclusion to be drawn from the available evidence is that teachers should attach more importance to the emotional environment in a web-based course, which helps to promote and maintain the motivation of learners, and to create a friendly learning environment; moreover, several types of elements that hopefully add to the learner virtual learning experience are indentified.
