摘    要:教师专业化是全球教育关注的新问题 ,中国在制定自己的教师专业标准时应考虑国内教师与国外教师专业、教师专业与非专门职业、教师专业与其它专业、教师专业的应然状况与实然状况、大学教师与中小学教师的共性和差异 ,使教师专业化标准具有科学性与可行性。

Abstract:Teacher professionalization is a new issue concerned all over the world.When the professionalized standards designed,the generalization and discrimination should be taken into account about the teacher profession at home and abroad,teacher profession and non-profession,teacher profession and other professions,the ideal conditions and actual conditions of teacher profession,college teachers between primary and secondary teachers,so as to scientifically make the teacher professionalized standards feasible.
