摘    要:提高学生的综合素质是学校教育的出发点和依归,落实学生的主体地位是实施素质教育的重要保证,教师的活动应该始终终围绕认识、尊重、服务、发展主体,使教学过程真正成为师生间、生生间交互活动的动态过程。

Abstract:The starting point and the completion of school education is to improve students' overall qualities. An important guarantee to practise quality education is to regard students as the subject of education, which means students should play a major role in class as the master of their own study. Teaching is an independent pursuit of knowledge under the guidance of teachers. Teachers should focus their work on understanding, respecting, serving and developing the subject, thus making teaching a really interactive teacher - student and student - student activity.
