| 摘 要： | 网络对我们的社会、生活、思维方式以及价值观产生了强烈的冲击。遏制网上不良风气,培养良好的网络道德已为越来越多的人所关注。加强网络建设必须从网络的道德自律、网络制度与法规、网络道德教育、网络技术提升以及提供网络文明服务等五个方面协同努力。
