摘    要:"个人知识"是当代认识论和知识论的一个亮点.以迈克尔·波兰尼的个人知识论为基础,可以从标准化的职业教育形态、范式化的职业教育形态、实质性的职业教育形态3个方面,对职业教育进行解蔽.个人知识对职业教育价值的确证,包括对默会性知识的价值认证,对"实践性教学"的价值认证,以及对学徒制模式意义的强调.

Abstract:Personal knowledge is a highlight of the theories of cognition and knowledge in the present age. The author introduces Michael Polanyi's theory of personal knowledge, analyzes vocational education from three aspects of the form of standardized vocational education, the form of paradigmatic vocational education and the form of essential vocational education, discusses the value of personal knowledge to vocational education.
