为了解校企合作中企业参与积极性及满意度,找出积极因素,分析不利因素,通过对辽宁地区农业相关企业调查,得到的结果:企业对职业教育有强烈的认同感,愿意与职业学校合作,允许学生顶岗实习并愿意接收高职应届毕业生;认同职业教育人才培养模式,对职教集团的成立充满期待。针对相关问题提出解决的建议和对策:充分发挥政府的主导和调控作用;继续推进校企两者间的深度融合;深化改革人才培养模式,提高服务能力和水平。

To understand enterprise participation initiative and satisfaction in the cooperation between colleges and enterprises, it finds the positive factors, analyses the adverse factors, and gets the result through related enterprises investigation in Liaoning province agriculture： the enterprises have a strong sense of identity for vocational education, and are willing to cooperate with vocational schools; allow students to train on the job and are willing to receive higher vocational graduates;approve vocational education personnel training mode, and full of expectation for the establishment of the vocational education group. It puts forward suggestions and countermeasures for relevant problems： giving full play to the government＇s leading and regulating role; continuing to push forward the deep fusion between enterprises and colleges; deepening the reform of talent training mode, and improving the service ability and level.
