| 摘 要： | 本文阐述了加入WTO后我国高职教育发展的态势，分析了加入WTO对我国高职教育带来的挑战，并提出了高职教育应从更新观念，调整人才培养结构，加强师资队伍建设，加强国际间的交际与事作等方面入手来应对入世挑战的建议。
