摘    要:随着知识经济的兴起,信息全球化的到来,特别是我国加入WTO后,加剧了企业间的竞争。一个企业能否生存和发展的关键取决于有无核心竞争力,它主要不是来自于企业外部,而是取决于企业文化,它是企业在激烈的经济竞争中制胜的法宝。通过阐述核心竞争力起源与特征、企业文化在核心竞争力中的作用,从而揭示企业文化与企业核心竞争力的内在联系,为构建基于核心竞争力的企业文化做理论基础。

Abstract:With the rising of knowledge economy and the coming of globalization of information, especially our entering the WTO, the competition among corporations is intensifying. How to construct durative competitive advantage has been universally?focused on by modern corporation, while the survival and development of corporation lies on the core competitiveness. The core competitiveness of corporation is not derived from outside, but lies on corporation culture. Corporation culture is the magic weapon for corporation to win in the intense competition. The article elaborates the origin and characters of core competitiveness, the effects of corporation culture on core competitiveness, and reveals the relationship between corporation culture and corporation core competitiveness, thus, provides theoretical support for constructing core competitiveness-based corporation culture.
