普通高校男生冰上课健身化教学的实验研究

为了进一步深化高校冰上课教学改革研究,根据教育部下发的<全国普通高校体育课程教学指导纲要>精神,针对冰上课教学质量下降这一问题,采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法、实验对比法,对我校冰上课教学进行了改革尝试,提出了新的构想、新的内容体系.将冰上课分为超前准备期和冰上教学期两个阶段进行教学.通过教学达到了冰上课健身的目的,提高了冰上课教学质量.

Experimental Research on the Fitness Teaching of Skating Class for Male Students in Universities

In order to further promote the research on the teaching reform of skating class in universities,in the light of the P.E.Teaching Guideline for Universities presented by Education Ministry,the decrease of teaching quality of skating class is researched with the methods of documentary review,questionnaire, mathematical statistics,and comparative experiment.The teaching reform of skating class is attempted and then some new constructive ideas and new content systems are put forward.Skating class teaching can be divided into two stages: preparatory stage and skating class teaching stage.All these serve the purpose of fitness and improve the teaching quality of skating class.
