| 摘 要： | 中国农业发展银行业务发展,要充分利用现有资金来源渠道,开拓新的融资途径,并随着信贷资产结构的变化不断调整其负债结构,形成合理的融资机制和融资利益补偿机制。要完善信贷资金管理体制,调整信贷资金运用结构,提高信贷资金使用效率,增强农业发展银行信贷支农功能,更好地为农业和农村经济发展服务。

| Abstract: | The business development of the Agricultural Development Bank of China (ADBC) should take full advantage of the present means of financing sources and exploit new financing means, and should make consistent adjustments of its Queer Street structure and form reasonable mechanism of financing and mechanism for financing-benefit compensation. Efforts should be made to perfect the management mechanism of credit capital, to adjust the structure of using credit capital, to raise the efficiency of using credit capital, to strengthen ADBC'S function of supporting the farmers with the credit capital with the expectation of offer better service for the development of agriculture and agricultural economy. |
