影响图书馆员职业幸福指数的因素及对策研究

近年来，国民幸福特别是幸福指数问题，引起了社会各界的广泛关注。文章借助有关资料，探讨我国图书馆员当前职业生存状态，分析了影响图书馆员职业幸福指数的因素，并提出了相应对策。即社会层面上应增强馆员的职业威望，提高馆员的社会地位；组织层面上图书馆应把握机遇，完善内部管理体制；个体层面上馆员应调整个人心态，促进自我完善。

Study of the factors affecting the librarians'professional happiness index and strategy

In recent years,happiness of people,especially the issue of happiness index has aroused widespread concern in all circles of society.On the basis of relevant data,the paper inquires into the current professional survival state of the librarians in China,analyses the factors affecting the librarians’ professional happiness index and puts forward the appropriate strategy: at the social level,to enhance the librarians’ professional prestige,and to improve their social status;at the organization level library,to grasp the opportunity and to perfect the internal management system;and at the individual level,to adjust the inclination,and to promote the self-cultivation.
