从大连建新工业公司的三份红色档案说起

大连博物馆的基本陈列《近代大连》展出了解放战争时期徐万里的三份红色档案:1945年10月10日山东省渤海区第四行政督察专员公署为徐万里开具的证明书、1949年7月1日建新工业公司颁给徐万里“生产立功运动小功”奖状、1949年8月19日东北人民解放军军工部第九办事处为徐万里开具的前赴胶东护照。这三份红色档案,涵盖了整个解放战争时期,见证了抗战胜利后山东解放区干部按照中央“向北发展,向南防御”方针挺进东北,利用苏军军事管制下的大连政治环境安定、工业基础雄厚、海运条件便利等优势,筹建大型军工生产企业,并克服技术资料有限、国民党海陆封锁的困难,自力更生,艰苦创业,通过劳动竞赛的方式,开展军工生产踊跃支前的事迹。

Starting from Three Red Archives of Dalian Jianxin Industrial Company

The basic exhibition of Dalian Museum,Modern Dalian,exhibits three red archives of Xu Wanli during the Liberation War:the certificate issued for Xu Wanli by the Fourth Administrative Inspector's Office of Bohai District,Shandong province on October 10,1945,the certificate of award issued by Jianxin Industrial Company on July 1,1949 for Xu Wanli's"minor achievements in the production and meritorious movement",the passport to Jiaodong issued for Xu Wanli by the Ninth Office of the Ministry of Military Industry of the Northeast People's Liberation Army on August 19,1949.These three red archives cover the whole process of Liberation War and witness the great developing process-Shandong Liberated Area cadres’marching into the Northeast in accordance with the central policy of"developing northward and defending south"after the victory of the Anti-Japanese War,taking advantage of Dalian's political stability,strong industrial foundation and convenient shipping conditions under Soviet military control to prepare for the construction of large-scale military production enterprises,overcoming the difficulties of technical restrictions and economic blockade of the Kuomintang,holding labor competitions,and actively carrying out military production to support the front.
