| 摘 要： | 2010年7月，《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要》（以下简称《纲要》）颁布实施。《纲要》从改革开放和社会主义现代化建设总体战略出发，绘制了我国未来10年基本实现教育现代化的宏伟蓝图。2010年，国家财政安排5．5亿元专项资金实施国培计划。

| Abstract: | Physical history,part of physics teaching,plays an important role in realizing the three dimensional teaching goals presented in the Physics Curriculum Standard.It will help the teachers to teach the students the scientific methods and inquiry process.And it will also be beneficial to the formation of their affection,attitude and values. |
