| 摘 要： | 世界历史的运动变化过程 ,既有稳定状态 ,也有振荡状态。稳定是世界历史能够保持其质的规定性并顺利地同外部环境之间进行物质、能量和信息交换的状态 ;振荡是世界历史难以保持其质的规定性并不能顺利地同外部环境之间进行物质、能量和信息交换的状态。在具体的历史过程中 ,稳定与振荡又是相互依存、相互渗透、相与转化的 ,这就是世界历史存在方式的复杂性过程

The Stability and Vibration of the World History |

| Abstract: | The development of the world history has been characterized by stability and vibration.Stability is the state whereby the world history can preserve its innate character and conduct smooth exchanges with the external environment in terms of material,energy and information whereas vibration refers to the failure of the world history to maintain its essence and to interact with the external world.In the historical process,stability and vibration are mutually interdependent,permeable and transformational,which makes up the complexity of the world history. |
