| 摘 要： | 我国近年来以煤为主的能源消耗量增加迅速,已经成为仅次于美国排放二氧化碳气体的国家,影响了大气的温室效应.我国正在积极采取发展可再生能源.本文主要阐述目前我固发展可再生能源的进展状况和对新能源的开发研究情况.本文对我国可再生能源和新能源的发展作了中期预测,还阐述了石油、天然气、可燃冰(天然气的固体状态)可能大部分是星球本身固有的,不完全是由有机物产生的,这一重大理论突破引起了世界范围的争议.
