| 摘 要： | 运用综合观点分析了泉州市发展海洋产业的优势条件，通过对发展现状的分析，揭示了目前泉州市海洋产业的发展过程中所面临的海洋资源利用不尽合理，产业层次低和海洋污染等问题，在此基础上，从可持续发展的角度探讨了泉州市海洋产业的发展对策。

| Abstract: | With a comprehensive viewpoint,the paper analyses the advantageous conditions of developing marine industry in Quanzhou.Through the analysis of present developing situation,it points out that Quanzhou's marine industry is facing some problems:unreasonable utilization of marine resources,lower industrial level and marine pollution.Based on the discussion,from the angle of sustainable development,it explores developing countermeasures of marine industry in Quanzhou. |
