金针菇染色体计数及担孢子形成过程中细胞核行为的初步研究

摘    要:本文用Giemsa染色对金针菇染色体计数和担孢子形成过程中细胞核行为进行了研究,证明金针菇的染色体数为12(n=12);金针菇从菌褶分化完成到子实体完全成熟的过程中,不断有少量新的双核担子产生,发生核配直到释放担孢子.其减数分裂过程不同步.减数分裂后,4个子核分别进入4个担孢子中,留下中空的担子.

Abstract:Cytological studies of chromosome numbers and basidiospore formation inFlammulina velutipes with light micxoscope were made from the completion of lamella differentiation to mature stage of fruiting body, by using Giemsa staining methods. It was found that someyoung binucleate basidio were produced during the course of fruiting body development. Wefound that chromosome number of Flammulina velutipes is 12 (n = 12) after careful observation atvariour stages of meiosis, especialiy at diakinesis. Four nuclei immigrated into four basidiosporesrespctively, leaving the basidia empty.
