| 摘 要： | 以控制轧制理论为基础，对40Cr钢过冷奥氏体转变进行了试验与研究。通过热模拟试验建立了40Cr钢的冷却转变曲线（CCT图），以此来确定高线吐丝温度、斯太尔摩速度、风机及保温盖开启等重要工艺参数。

| Abstract: | Based on the theory of controlled rolling,experiments and research were carried out on the phase transformation of cooling of 40Cr steel.CCT curve of the steel has been established through thermecmastor test.And this curve,corresponding to the best micro-structure and hardness,can be used to determine such technological parameters as silk making temperature,stelwor speed,fan and heat preservation cover's opening or closing,etc. |
