摘    要:采用微波法辅助提取苦参总黄酮,以乙醇体积分数、提取时间、液料比及微波功率为自变量,苦参总黄酮提取率为评价指标,采用Box-Behnken试验设计及响应面法分析优化提取工艺条件.结果表明,最优提取工艺为乙醇体积分数80%,提取时间6min,液料比25:1(mL/g),微波功率400W.在此条件下,黄酮提取量达到12.67mg/g.

The Optimization of the Extraction of Total Flavonoids from Sophora Flavescenes by Response Surface Methodology

Abstract:Microwave technology is applied to extract total flavonoids from sophora flavescenes. The process parameters are optimized by a Box-Behnken experimental design and response surface methodology with the concentration of ethanol, the extraction time, the ratio of liquid to material and the microwave power as four independent variables and the extraction efficiency of total flavonoids as evaluation index. The results indicate the optimum conditions of extraction process are as follows: the ethanol concentration is 80%, the extraction time 6 min, the ratio of liquid-to-solid 25:1 (mL/g) and the microwave power 400 W. Under these conditions, the yield of total flavonoids is up to 12.67mg/g.
