| 摘 要： | 国库集中支付制度是符合当前我国高校经济发展规律的管理方法。在国库集中支付制度下，高校需要转变财务管理理念，致力于深化高校运行成本的核算、做好风险管理、加强财务信息构建、完善内部控制、强化人员培训等方面的财务管理创新，以谋求实现持续、稳健、良性的发展。

| Abstract: | The treasury-concentrated-payment system is a kind of management method in accordance with college economic development laws in our country.Under this system,people in college should change their ideas in finance management,and devote themselves to the financial management in furthering the calculation of college operation cost,improving risk management,strengthening financial information construction,perfecting interior control,accentuating staff training and so on,so as to strive for a sustained,stable and excellent development. |
