摘    要:如何在正确实施<劳动合同法>的情况下充分调动高校后勤员工工作的积极主动性,已经成为高校后勤管理目前最备受关注的工作.本文试就<劳动合同法>的颁布对广西高校后勤劳动用工产生的各种影响做出分析,并根据当前的用工现状提出相应的对策.

Abstract:How to stimulate enthusiasm and initiative of staff members in logistical sections of higher learning institutes when Labor Contract Law comes into effect is a concern in the logistical management of higher learning institutes.In this essay,the author attempts to analyze the impacts of the newly released Labor Contract Law on the recruitment in logistical sections of Guangxi higher learning institutes,and thus comes up with corresponding countermeasures based on the current situation.
