摘    要:目的/意义]以创新驱动战略为动力,提出发展优势学科,挖掘潜力学科的绩效评价方法和流程。方法/过程]采用定标比超方法确定优势和潜力学科的定标标准,并利用ESI和SCIE数据库对河南省3所高校的优势学科和潜力学科发展趋势进行实证分析。结果/结论]纵向对比得出优势学科的排名、相对位置及发展趋势;横向对比找出与重点高校的差距;与全球前1%学科基准线对比,确定潜力学科的相对位置。

Abstract:This research takes the innovative development strategy as driving force, proposes the performance evaluation method and process of developing dominant disciplines and tapping potential disciplines, determines the standards of dominant disciplines and potential disciplines by using the method of setting the target ratio. It uses the databases of ESI and SCIE for empirical analysis of development trends of the dominant and potential disciplines in three universities in Henan province. Then it makes a longitudinal comparison to get the rankings, relative positions and development trend of the dominant disciplines, makes a horizontal comparison to identify their gaps with key universities, and makes a comparison with the world's top 1% disciplines baseline to determine the relative position of potential subjects, to achieve the goal of promoting the innovation and development of the disciplines construction in universities.
