| 摘 要： | 以Zn(NH3)4]2 为前驱体,在不同的溶剂热条件下合成了多刺球状、镂空球状、花状、铅笔状、棒状等微观形貌的氧化锌, XRD结果显示氧化锌是六方相纤锌矿结构,就溶剂对形貌的影响进行了初步探讨.

| Abstract: | Zinc oxide powders were successfully prepared via hydrothermal/solvorthermal process in this paper. X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) were used to investigate the phase, size, and morphology of the zinc oxide particles. The obtained zinc oxide particles have different morphologies, such as flower-, rod-, prickly sphere-, hollow sphere-, pencil-like patters in different solvorthermal conditions. |
