社会福利视角下我国少儿教育的区域均衡:现实状况与未来走向

少儿教育的区域均衡研究一直以来主要采取教育学的分析视角,而本研究希望从社会福利学的角度去考察该问题。在利用SPSS软件中的聚类分析、因子分析、回归分析等技术对我国31个省份2004年到2010年的少儿教育福利供应状况进行研究之后,研究认为我国各省市的教育福利供应在发展水平具有较强的区域分化,且当前的教育福利政策并没有能够有效的缩小区域之间的既有差异。本文希望在对区域差异进行综合讨论的前提下,明确提出我国各个省市在教育福利未来建构中的基本类型。

Regional Balance of Children's Education in China under the Perspective of Social Welfare: Current Situation and its Future

The problem of children’s education has always taken into the perspective of education,but this study is going to do some research from the view of social welfare.After using cluster analysis,factor analysis,regression analysis technology in SPSS software to analyze supply of education welfare in China’s 31 proviences from 2004 to 2010,the study clearly point out that the education of China’s 31 proviences have obviously shown great differences,and current educational policies doesn’t narrow the difference effectively.This article wishes to clearly state the future construction of all the 31 provinces on the base of the overall discussion of regional differences.
