| 摘 要： | 扩大中等收入者比重,缩小两极分化,实现共同富裕,是全面建设小康社会的重要任务.本文根据十六大和十六届三中全会精神结合我国实际状况,对"中等收入者"的含义、扩大中等收入者阶层的意义、扩中提低实现共同富裕的途径进行了全面的阐述.

| Abstract: | Expanding the proportion of middle incomer, reducing polarization, realizing common well-to-do are the important task to build an overall well-off society. According to the third session of the 16th central party committee, combining our countries reality, the implication of "middle incomer", the significance of "expanding the stratum of middle incomer", and the path to which the overall well-off will be realized through expanding the middle and raising the low incomer are expounded overall. |
