我国企业履行社会责任存在的问题及对策

企业作为一个国家的经济主体,企业社会责任是企业责任不可分割的一部分。首先对社会责任理论进行了论述,分析了中国企业在履行社会责任方面存在的问题,并在借鉴国外企业经验的基础上,提出中国企业应该在政府的有效监督下,通过企业自身社会责任意识的提高,紧密关注企业的利益相关者的基础上,提高企业的经济效益。

As a country＇s economic subject,enterprises＇ social responsibility is an integral part of its corporate responsibility.First,the theory of social responsibility is discussed,and then the problems of Chinese enterprises when fulfilling their social responsibility are analyzed.On the basis of learning from experiences of foreign enterprises Chinese enterprises should make effective to improve the sense of social responsibility and economic profits under the effective supervision of the government.
