Customized education and its realization at technical college

Customized education is such an educational idea as for a technical college to work with a particular business to design, develop, and deliver training programs on-site to its staff. The college staff and instructors will work with the business team to develop the course content and customize it to meet their training needs and objectives. The college provides the expert instructor and develops all course materials, tailored to suit the customer's training needs. Technical colleges at present in China are very happy to offer different courses or subjects for the business to choose from and to bring their expertise to the business staff on site. The college instructors will work to tailor each session to the group's needs and experience level. Length and depth of sessions can be customized to meet the scheduling requirements. Facts prove that China's businesses are badly in need of customized education or training, which is suitable for the development of technical and vocational education, able to provide solution to the seller's market as a problem, and helpful to promote reservation of educational resources. The realization of custom-developed education should be based on several conditions. First of all, there should be enough staff and faculty available on the part of the education provider, and sufficient amount of custom on the part of the business. Secondly, sincere cooperation is required from the business. Additionally, to the existing situation in China, the government's assistance and service are greatly helpful for them to function as a coordinator and regulator.
