| 摘 要： | 胡元倓为教育救国，培养中等社会人才，创办了明德学校这一独特的教育体系。他终身为筹集校款劳累奔波，注重选聘优秀教师，为国家培养了一大批有用之才，明德因此名震全国。胡元伎丰富的教育实践体现了他深刻的教育思想，其办学精神是中国人民宝贵的精神财富。

| Abstract: | In order to save the nation by education and develop qualified personnel,Hu Yuan-tan set up a special education system and established Mingde School.It took all his life to raise funds for this school.He emphasized the importance of employing excellent teachers and fostered a large number of qualified personnel.Thus Mingde became famous.His educating practice embodied his profound edu-cating thoughts,and his spirit was our valuable spiritual wealth. |
