FD视角下博士生教学发展探析

摘    要:西方发达国家的FD理念与实践对提升我国博士生的教学发展水平具有重要借鉴意义。本文基于FD视角,从改变传统观念、完善博士生助教制度和FD类课程设置、设立“未来教师培养计划”项目、创新和丰富博士生教学发展载体等方面论述了促进博士生教学发展的基本途径。

Abstract:Important lessons may be learned from the FD theory and practice in Western countries to help improve doctoral teaching in China .A discussion is made from the perspective of FD on the ways to improve doctoral teaching by changing traditional ideas ,perfecting the system of doctoral teaching assistantship ,setting up FD courses ,establishing future teacher training programs ,and innovating and enriching the channels of doctoral teaching development .
