建设和谐校园的思考

促进社会和谐是我国发展的重要目标和必要条件。积极维护高校的稳定,建设和谐校园,既是高校快速、健康、可持续发展的必要条件,也是高校在“十一五”期间乃至今后长期发展的重要目标。要实现这个目标,就必须正确认识和处理好高校新形势下的内部矛盾,努力建设一支坚强有力的领导班子,大力加强和改进思想政治教育工作,加快高校改革与发展进程,充分发扬民主作风,积极维护和保障师生员工的正当利益,探索维护学校稳定、建设和谐校园的长效工作机制。

Thinking on the Construction of Harmonious Campus

A harmonious society is the important goal and precondition for the development in our country.To maintain the stability and construct a harmonious campus is not only an essential condition for the fast,healthy and sustainable development but also an important goal of colleges and universities during the 11th five-year plan and even in the long term.To achieve the goal,we should properly deal with the internal conflicts in universities in the new situation,build a powerful team of leadership,strengthen and reform ideological and political education,quicken the pace of reform and development,develop a democratic style of work,maintain the just interests of students and faculty,and establish an effective mechanism that can last for a long term.
